ORDERING
We hope you have found what you are looking for!
Please contact us with any questions you may have, or for estimates on items that are not listed. We will be happy to consult with you on specific questions concerning organization, Orders of Battle, or any other information you may want. Be sure to include your name, phone number, address, or email address so that we can respond. Unless we are on vacation you can expect an answer within 24 hours if not sooner.
Payment Terms
When placing your first order we request that you include payment of half of the total bill, with the balance due upon receipt. This practice may be continued, or waived, with subsequent orders - at our discretion.
We currently accept checks, money orders, and cashier's checks made out to Peter Rice or Andy Alley.
Although credit cards and PayPal are convenient, we do not accept them as they increase our overhead and yours. This allows us to keep our prices low and offer free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
We do reserve the right to break up orders for large numbers of miniatures into smaller, more manageable groups, though this will be discussed with you prior to our accepting your order.

Turn-around Time
How long will it take? We realize that you are eager to receive your painted troops and will do our best to return them to you as quickly as possible, while maintaining our highest level of quality. When you place your order with us we will be able to give you an estimate for delivery of your troops. Typically, we complete orders within 30 days of receiving them, though very large orders may take longer. We operate on a first come, first served basis though if you have an emergency time limit we will try to accommodate you. We have even been known to ship troops directly to a convention for a client with a very short window of opportunity!
Shipping
We use the US Postal Service's Priority Mail and include Delivery Confirmation at NO CHARGE to you. Unless requested we do not nsure our packages unless they exceed $500.00 in value. In over 20 years of service the USPS has never lost or destroyed any of our packages. If you prefer a different delivery method please let us know, though we do reserve the right to charge you for added costs.
When sending an order please organize your troops by unit. This helps to insure that no mistakes are made in translation as well as helping you remember what Orders of Battle you need to fulfill your army's organization.
